Using AI Search

You can talk to the assistant the way you would talk to someone on a shop floor. Open with what you need — "I have an evening wedding next month" — and it will ask what it needs to know before showing you anything. You can also skip straight to the point: "black wide-leg pants under $150" has enough detail to search on right away.

It remembers the conversation, so you never have to repeat yourself. Once you have said the occasion, the colour and your budget, a follow-up like "something shorter" or "actually, maybe a jumpsuit" keeps everything else you have already told it.

If you don’t say who something is for and the store carries it for more than one department, the assistant will ask — women’s, men’s or kids’ — before showing anything. To skip the question, set "Shopping for" on your profile; it is a shopping preference rather than anything about you, and saying otherwise in the chat ("for my husband") always wins.

You will see the few best matches first rather than everything at once. If none of them are right, say "show me more" and it brings the next best, until there is nothing left to show.

You can try the assistant without an account, with a small number of free messages each day. Signing in is free and gives you more every day. Allowances reset at midnight (Sydney time), and closing the browser doesn’t use them up or bring them back.

Not every message needs products. Ask whether sneakers work with a blazer, or which of two pieces you prefer, and you will get an answer rather than a fresh set of results.

Products come from the information supplied by approved retailers across Australia — names, descriptions, colours, sizes, categories, images and availability — and stay tied to real store inventory, so you are only shown items retailers can actually sell you.

• Say what the outfit is for: work, wedding guest, travel, gym, dinner, everyday.
• Add constraints as they come to mind: colour, size, fit, fabric, budget, weather or dress code.
• Ask about something it has shown you — the fabric, the sizes in stock, or what would go with it.
• Say what you did not like. "Too formal" or "something cheaper" is enough to steer the next set.

Styling suggestions are the assistant’s opinion. Anything factual — price, sizes, colours, stock, the store, delivery fees and returns — comes from the retailer’s own listing, and the product page remains the source of truth. Check it before you pay.
